Mr/Mrs J are looking for a bungalow or character property on a substantial plot, are cash buyers and have nothing to sell. Are willing to wait for the right property. Have a buget of £600,000 and would consider anything as long as has the right plot size.

Mr Lewis gave us a call in relation to our last advert, this is what he said............

" I was just looking through the website initially, and saw an advert for houses wanted in Upper Stratton, i gave them a call, as i had heard they have a good reputation.  They came out and valued the house. Within 48 hours the viewer they promised came. They accompanied the viewing and the next day came in with an offer, which after a bit of haggling was agreed. 5 weeks later we exchanged. I have since recommend friends and family to Philip Andrews, their level of service and efficiency was fantastic. Thank you for getting me moved.

Mrs Marsh also called in relation to our recent advert.

"  I saw the advert and thought its worth a shot. so i gaved them a call. Mark came out to look at my house, he was very professional, he gave me lots of information and also offered to help me find a bungalow.  He gave me a price for my house i was happy with and told me about a buyer he had. I felt comfortable with him, not as pushy as some of the others i had. I was confident he would sell it for me.  Within a couple of days Mark called to say he had 2 people wishing to view. Mark did the viewings for me and i recived an offer from both !!!!!!! in the end Mark got me £2000 over the asking price. As you can imagine i was delighted. Mark also went out and helped me find a bungalow, im hopefully going to be moving in 2 weeks. Who said moving was stressfull. Thanks Mark".
